All orders are delivered free of charge to an address specified by the customer in the Netherlands or can be picked up at a PostNL collection point chosen by the customer. We send our products as much as possible via a letterbox package, with a track & trace code, so that you can follow your order exactly and know when your order will be delivered. If a letterbox package is not possible, your order will be sent by parcel post, also with track & trace code. Orders in the Netherlands are shipped for free. You do pay a fixed rate for shipping to an EU country. The rate depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout. Below you will find a list of the most popular countries and the applicable shipping rate:

At checkout you can indicate when and how you want to receive the order. However, this only applies to shipments in the Netherlands and Belgium.
